The basics.
Our full Terms of Service are currently being drafted by our legal team and will be published prior to our official launch. By using Rylo Health, you agree to the following core terms.
- Rylo Health is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers. We do not directly employ physicians or provide medical services.
- All treatment decisions are made by independent licensed providers. Rylo facilitates the connection and administrative process only.
- Compounded medications dispensed through our platform are not FDA-approved products. They are prepared by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies based on a valid prescription.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your treatment cycle.
This platform is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Founders' Circle membership.
The Founders' Circle is a one-time membership purchase that secures lifetime locked pricing on compounded GLP-1 medications, subject to medical eligibility and continued availability. The membership fee is for membership and rate-lock access only, it does not pay for medication, consultations, or prescriptions.
If you are determined medically ineligible at intake, you may choose a full refund or retain locked-rate access for future use. A full refund is available if Rylo Health does not open for enrollment by December 31, 2026.
Account and conduct.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate medical information at intake and to use the platform only for lawful, personal purposes.
