Cookie Policy.

How this site uses cookies · Effective September 4, 2026

This policy explains what cookies are, which ones Rylo Health LLC uses, and how you control them. It sits alongside our Notice of Privacy Practices, which covers Protected Health Information.

Nothing optional runs before you agree to it. Analytics and advertising cookies stay switched off until you choose Accept all, and you can change that decision at any time.

What a cookie is.

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are set by us, some by services we use. They can remember a preference, keep a session alive, or record that a browser has visited before. Similar technologies such as pixels, tags, and local storage do comparable things, and everything in this policy applies to those too.

Essential cookies.

These are required for the site to function and are always on. They do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising.

Your cookie choice. We store your Accept or Essential only decision, with the date you made it, so we do not ask again on every page and so we can show that consent was given.

Security and delivery. Our hosting provider sets cookies needed to route requests, balance load, and protect against abuse.

Optional cookies.

These load only after you choose Accept all. If you choose Essential only, the scripts that set them are never added to the page.

Analytics. Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells us which pages people read and where they leave. We use it to fix what is confusing, not to identify you.

Advertising. Google and Meta advertising tags measure whether an ad led to a visit, and let us show ads to people who have visited before. These set cookies such as _fbp, _gcl_au, and _ga.

What we do not do.

We do not attach your name, email, phone number, date of birth, or any information from your medical intake to an advertising or analytics cookie. We do not sell Protected Health Information. Advertising tags are not permitted to run inside the patient portal or the intake flow.

Changing your mind.

Use the Cookie settings link, which appears in the footer of every page, to reopen the banner and change your choice. Choosing Essential only after having accepted will clear the advertising and analytics cookies we can reach and reload the page so the tags stop running.

You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt out of sharing for advertising.

Your rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to have it deleted, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states have comparable rights under their own laws.

To make a request, email hello@rylohealth.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Changes to this policy.

If we add or remove a category of cookie we will update this page and, where the change is material, ask for your choice again. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
