Overview.
This Refund Policy explains when fees paid to Rylo Health LLC are refundable. Because compounded medications are prepared specifically for each patient, this policy distinguishes between membership/service fees and dispensed medication.
Membership and service fees.
If you are determined to be medically ineligible at intake, any applicable membership or service fee is fully refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fee; cancellation stops future billing.
Compounded medication.
Compounded medications are made to order for each patient and, for safety and regulatory reasons, cannot be returned or resold once they have been dispensed or shipped. As a result, dispensed medication is generally non-refundable. If your order has not yet been compounded or shipped, contact support to cancel it for a refund of that order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
How to request a refund.
To request a refund or cancel, message support through your patient portal or email hello@rylohealth.com. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state or federal law.
